This warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for 1 year from the date of purchase. Missing or initially defective products will be replaced free of charge during the period of this warranty. If models or products are unavailable, comparable replacement or refund will be given. The original dated sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage which has occurred during transport from the point of purchase to the consumer’s home.
After 1 year we will consider any items for return that are deemed defective due to materials or craftsmanship.
We require proof of purchase to process any refund or exchange. Often, order ID’s from the original retailer will suffice for online orders, otherwise we require physical proof in the form of emailed receipts or the like.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned

Great shape! Not a lot of room but since there are 2 it works better!
We got the penguin version for my daughter for her 4th birthday. She has been asking for her own luggage and she was absolutely thrilled when she opened this gift and saw this set. They are super adorable and fun.The issue is that the black, hard shell surfaces are extremely prone to giant, ugly, off-white scuff marks on the black surface. I honestly don't know if they arrived in the mail from online that way, or if the scuff marks appeared within the first hour of my daughter simply rolling them gently around the house for fun. Either way, it's disappointing that it's this easy for a child's product to get big, highly visible blemishes all over it. If not for that one issue, these would have been perfect. I will try covering it up with black permanent marker but I'm not sure it will stick well to the surface, and it's still disappointing.

My 4-year-old daughter used the adorable penguin set to go on a weekend trip. It was the perfect size for her! All of her clothes fit in the big one, and the backpack was perfect for bathroom essentials and any toys. She felt like such a big girl. The quality is really nice with the hard cases that can easily be pulled by a child. Very cute design! Would highly recommend!
The kiddie tote luggage and backpack was perfect size for my 7 year old. She has been using it for sleepovers at grandmas house. She loves the luggage because it has a secret compartment. It is very light weight and easy to store. The hard shell seems to be sturdy and should last us a few vacations traveling by air if not more.
Perfect size for little ones to carry themselves like they are big kids. Also very durable.
