Kiddietotes Shipping Policy
Kiddietotes offers FREE Standard Shipping (US Only) for all orders. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. Following this grace period, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you would like to change or cancel your order please chat with a representative or email email@example.com.
Tracking numbers will be provided if available.
Orders require 24 hours to fulfill and will ship the next business day. Once shipped they will arrive in 1-5 business days.

Kiddietotes is the best place to buy children’s backpacks and luggage on-line. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.
Kiddietotes promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team.
To set up a return login to your account and click on the return link. Or to set up a general return please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org All returns must be set up within 30 days from the day you receive your product. To receive a refund, please make sure of the following:
- All returned merchandise must be in un-used resalable condition
- All returns must be for paid-for items that were not received as part of a free product promotion.
- Must be in original packaging exactly as received.
- Packages must be sent back at customer's expense via a traceable source. Ex: FedEx, UPS, USPS. Ship to: Kiddie Totes 3980 N Driftwood Ln, Cedar City, UT 84721.
- All items must be returned with a copy of the original emailed sales receipt
- Once return received, the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded, allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
