This warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for 1 year from the date of purchase. Missing or initially defective products will be replaced free of charge during the period of this warranty. If models or products are unavailable, comparable replacement or refund will be given. The original dated sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage which has occurred during transport from the point of purchase to the consumer’s home.
After 1 year we will consider any items for return that are deemed defective due to materials or craftsmanship.
We require proof of purchase to process any refund or exchange. Often, order ID’s from the original retailer will suffice for online orders, otherwise we require physical proof in the form of emailed receipts or the like.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced

it's a little hard to turn at first for my 4 year old but ultimately super fun, practical and actually has a good packing space. opening and closing can be tricky but I assume that's so that littles don't close their fingers in it so that's great with me now that I figured it out :)
The idea of this suitcase is great. However, there are quite a few issues we ran into when trying it out for our first trip. First, the actual scooter handle does not turn so to take a turn, you had to stop and pick up the suitcase and physically turn it in the direction you want to go. Another issue was the actual case is not bad on thickness but because it retains its shape, it was difficult to put under the seat in front of us. Also, the space inside the luggage is minimal, but not terrible for a carry on for a younger child.We also ran into the issue others had mentioned of it being top heavy when filled, even with just a few small items. My son could not scoot on it properly as it kept trying to tip over. I ended up carrying it through the airport, which negated the whole reason I ordered this. Lastly, the handle is a pain. I almost sent this back thinking it was defective, which I still think it may be. The handle is ok to get up, but when trying to push it back in, it was nearly impossible. I ended up having to squeeze in the little nobs on the side and pushing down on the handle at an odd angle to get it to finally move down. This was more stressful than the actual travel.All in all, we were very excited for this suitcase but it needs quite a bit of improvement if I were to ever consider purchasing it again. I find it was way over priced for what it is. I wouldn't been better off buying a while suitcase set for my son for the amount I paid.I would love to give it another try but have some serious doubts it would do any better.

The light in the scooter aren't working
The suitcases are amazing but after first trip the stitching came out of the hard unicorn suitcase. We did not have this issue with the soft lama suitcase. The seller stood behind and sent replacement. Working with them was great and easy! The suitcases were so much fun and so many people commented on them as the kids played on them in the airport.
This is ideal for traveling with kids in an airport. They can can even pack most of their things in the suitcase part.
Little one enjoys it!
Saw some kids at the airport with these luggage and we knew we had to get it. Super convenient and fun. Wonderful designs - well worth the $$. Great size too. Only problem is that the handle retraction button doesn't work while in scooter mode. Maybe it's a safety feature.
The wheels don't move that was a huge issue for her but is a fun idea and I'm glad I got it for her. Everyone in the airport including the pilots want one for themselves or their kids. Was a hit but could be better by giving the wheels a little bit of movement left or right, there's enough space in the design to do so.
Completely different picture...not as pretty as the one advertised.
