This warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for 1 year from the date of purchase. Missing or initially defective products will be replaced free of charge during the period of this warranty. If models or products are unavailable, comparable replacement or refund will be given. The original dated sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage which has occurred during transport from the point of purchase to the consumer’s home.
After 1 year we will consider any items for return that are deemed defective due to materials or craftsmanship.
We require proof of purchase to process any refund or exchange. Often, order ID’s from the original retailer will suffice for online orders, otherwise we require physical proof in the form of emailed receipts or the like.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced

I love this suitcase and so does my kid there's just 1 thing I would like to see changed. There is 2 satfey latches but only 1 goes in with the handle. When you are boarding a busy plane it would be nice and quicker if there was I way to bush the button foe the first latch and maybe a second button on the fron of the handle to release the second button. But other then that she loves riding it and carrying all her stuff with her.

We found the screws the first couple of times and replaced them, but we’re traveling now and notes on hat the screws are missing so the wheels are not secure and it can’t be used. I’m hoping to be able to get replacement parts from the company.

Had screw from rear tire fall out first day. Need to tighten all screws they all were loose.
I received this a little early (window was 2/10-2/14 and I received 2/10) which I appreciate. Appears in new condition, lights work, my daughter is happy with it. However, she remembered that I had ordered the unicorn one. She is really into unicorns and usually insisted everything be unicorn. Our trip is in a few days and I have to make the decision whether to return (and pay return shipping) and go without this fun toy/luggage, or just live with the panda. I wish they would have sent the correct product. Panda is written on the outside of the box. For the price, which is more than a scooter and a suitcase, I'd think they'd get it right. Haven't used it outside yet, but the wheels do tilt with leaning like her other scooter, seems well made.
We just opened this box and my 4yr old daughter absolutely loves it! She was super excited to use it BUT there's a few things I just noticed (that I'm completely bummed about) that you should be aware of before you purchase this.1. No return button poped up after purchase so not sure what their return/replacement policy is.2. The button at the top of the hand rail didn't work for us so the little metal clip that holds the rail doesn't allow the rail to be pushed down. I messaged the seller about this and waiting for a response.3. The hooks that support the foot plank drags on the floor once the scooter is lifted up. So if your little one decides to pull the luggage instead of riding it those 2 metal pieces at the bottom will be dragging and making noise the whole time so I'm worried this luggage won't last long.4. I also noticed that wheels are missing a black piece. Not sure I'd this will effect its use.5. Lastly not much room, the metal piece runs through the middle of the luggage and well it doesn't leave much room for a lot of clothing.
My daughter loves this however it was a lot smaller than what I'd initially imagined.
Falls forward too easily. My daughter has to keep her foot on the board. All the Other kids at the airport LöVED it.
We absolutely loved the scooter and more than the grownups my 5 year old was so independent using it while travel. Very sturdy and was safe when she was riding it too. Great buy!
I used for travel. Also it was too big to be used a free carry on on the flight. (Spirit) I don't know about other agencies.
