Purchased for my two year old granddaughter. It's small, but really is a cute item.

This warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for 1 year from the date of purchase. Missing or initially defective products will be replaced free of charge during the period of this warranty. If models or products are unavailable, comparable replacement or refund will be given. The original dated sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. This warranty does not cover damage which has occurred during transport from the point of purchase to the consumer’s home.
After 1 year we will consider any items for return that are deemed defective due to materials or craftsmanship.
We require proof of purchase to process any refund or exchange. Often, order ID’s from the original retailer will suffice for online orders, otherwise we require physical proof in the form of emailed receipts or the like.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned

The backpack itself was great. The harness clip is cheap and doesn't lock. My daughter is a runner, and there's no way she is being held in by that harness without it popping open.

Super cute! Well made and the color is a great pink. It made for a perfect mini backpack for a 5 year old!

This is such a sweet little backpack for my daughter who loves unicorns. The material is nice and thick and sturdy and it's just so cute. It is small but that is what I want. It's the perfect size for my petite 6 year old to carry stuff in .
We love the color and design, except for the hair attached. It seems to get in the way and although it adds a cute touch, we'd rather it wasn't on there.As far as functionality, it seems to be made really well and will last a long time. However, it's hard to really fit much in there due to the outer unicorn part being stuffed. Again, I think that adds to the overall look of the backpack, but we wish it had just a little more room.

I thought the bag was going to be a bit bigger when reading the description. It didn't quite fit all of the things my daughter wanted to bring in her bag. It was slightly unfortunate. Other than that I love the material of the bag and the color/look.

The unicorn backpack is super cute and well made! I think it will hold up for a long time. My 3 year old LOVES it and it's the perfect size to take to preschool. The only complaint is it smelled a little chemical coming out of the shipping bag, but once it aired out, it was fine! I would definitely recommend this backpack.
